We love our stylists and we know you do too! We also understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour period you will be charged 50% of the full scheduled service price.
- We make sure every guest is made aware of our No-show/late cancellation policy when scheduling an appointment over the phone or through text message reminders or phone call reminders before appointment.
- We will secure each guests billing information on file prior to scheduling any service.
- When an appointment is missed we will automatically charge 50% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.
- Guests that do not arrive to their appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time will be considered a No Show.
When a No Show/Cancellation occurs, it takes large blocks of time that impact out hairdressers and other guests. We understand that sometimes things happen, however, we try to respect our hairdressers time as much as we try to respect yours.
